Many, many thanks for your many emails and comments about my pot, with such a rush I had not really expected.
I am glad that you like my pictures and again I get mail where I photograph for and with what camera. So at times this place: It's a Canon 500D and I have no idea of the instructions I have not read all the buttons and I know not at all from me. The wheel is always to "flower". The experienced photographers among my readers will now be hands on in horror, but something else I can say no more really.

Sun and now there a few more calories for you ...;)
I have on Sunday once again made one of our favorite desserts.

raspberry mascarpone cream

300g frozen raspberries (or, in summer, of course, prefer fresh)
mix with 4 tablespoons sugar and let simmer.

The Beer mass through a sieve and collect the raspberry puree. Stir

250g mascarpone cheese 500g, 80g sugar, juice of 2 lemons and 1 packet of vanilla sugar and then stir in the Himbermark.
Finally, fold in whipped cream 200g, which must be not.
Pour into glasses, decorate and finish.



If you feel like it porbiert but for me, which is sufficient for 4-6 people.
In those 2 glasses you see the dessert without cream prepared as 2 of our guests do not like this.
